We are open daily 9:00 - 20:00, in the summer season "Palace at Night" Programme makes the 30th floor available longer from 20:00 to 24:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.

"The Thirtieth Floor" technical facilities make it not only an ideal place for a unique banquette, but also for a promotion event or smaller size conference.
The Cafe Panorama located on "The Thirtieth Floor" boasts a specially built-in landing leading to the view terrace.
The hall located on the top floors of the Palace of Culture is open to the general public. Two elevators - the fastest two in Poland carry guests 114 meters up.
The Thirtieth Floor is divided into three parts: the observation deck with a wonderful panoramic view of Warsaw, an interior gallery and the main room named the Gothic Hall by the designers deriving this name from its star vaulting of the ceiling adorned with four rosettes.
